Urban Jaipur provides an Easy 7-days-return policy, which allows you to return your order within 7 days of its delivery.
Before you return
Before you return an Urban Jaipur product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, mainly Rajasthan, resulting in products being unique and slightly different from each other.
It is common to think of an irregular weave or print a stitch as a defect even after the products went through several quality checks. Please note that all the orders are thoroughly checked before shipping them to the customer, we take customer satisfaction as our number one priority thus avoiding any defective product being sent.
Important: Please note that minor variations in color (up to 10%) may be seen due to different monitors and will not be treated as not as per description.
Please note that the Exchange or Refund will not be made against the following category of products (non-refundable items), unless there is a defect or the product is different from its description.
- Items on sale (Discounted items, under the SALE category)
- Items will only be exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect; under no other circumstances will they be exchanged.
- You can request an exchange for the specific product you ordered and its variants, but no other products will be accepted.

Reverse Pickup policy
Urban Jaipur makes it easy for you to return an item hassle-free through our reverse Pickup policy. We take our customers seriously and in order to prove that we answer your requests not just before the order but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up to process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your request for a return or exchange. Additionally, attach 3-4 pictures of the product to your email, and ensure you have taken photos at the time of delivery as well.
- Please make sure that the product(s) you are returning is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in a salable condition.
- Please make sure that the product(s) to be returned are packed in the original Urban Jaipur package and that the Urban Jaipur tags and any extra accessory is intact along with the main item.
- A reverse pickup will be arranged once we receive a return/exchange request from you, and the order will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
- In case of a return/refund, please note that banks usually take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it had been initiated from our end.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to your location within 1-3 business days after we have received the previous package.
Important: Some PIN codes are unserviceable for a Reverse Pickup by our delivery partners. In such cases, the customer will need to send it back to us with the original packaging and the above-mentioned condition of the product.
- All returns requested for other than any quality defect like not being as per your taste/likes will levy a return shipping charge of Rs 165/– (inclusive GST) per product ( weight up to 1.5 KG).
- In the case of dohars, diwan sets & comforters the Return Shipping Charges will be Rs 265/– (inclusive GST).
- Please note that quilts are not eligible for return under any conditions. This is because we thoroughly inspect our orders prior to dispatch, ensuring there are no defects.
Urban Jaipur reserves all the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.
All the orders are carefully checked before leaving for delivery to the customer, but in some cases, if you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the instructions below.
- You can request a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Any shipping charges will not be refunded and for the shipment sent us back by the customer (unserviceable PIN code locations), the shipping fee has to be paid by the customer.
- Products on sale (or under the SALE category) are non-returnable. Return or Exchange requests for such products couldn’t be accepted unless there is a defect or it’s different from its description.
- It might take up to 7-8 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
- In the case of COD as a mode of payment, the amount will be credited through NEFT/RTGS
- In the case of an Online mode of payment, the amount will be credited to the original source.
- Under no circumstances, the refund will be in cash form.
