- In such cases, order cancellations will not be processed. Upon confirmation of the undelivered shipment, a new order will be dispatched to the updated address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been placed, a tracking ID will be provided to the customer. Please note that in some rare cases, there may not be a tracking ID for your order, in such case you can contact us to get the information about the package.
For international shipments, refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Providing an incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier.
- If the package is refused by the recipient.
